40% follow-on milk (whey product*, skimmed milk powder*, vegetable oils* (palm oil, rapseed oil*, sunflower oil*), corn flour*, vitamin C, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, vitamin E, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin A, vitamin B6, potassium iodate, vitamin B2, folic acid, vitamin K, sodium selenate, copper sulphate, vitamin D, biotin), cereal flakes* (13% wholemeal oat flour*, wholemeal wheat flour*, wheat semolina*), whey product*, 8% apple juice concentrate* low in acid, skimmed milk powder*, apple extract, calcium carbonate, vitamin B1, vitamin A, vitamin D.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Using our First Infant Milk Formula (Stage PRE or Stage 1), simply prepare 170ml of your chosen formula, pour it into a bowl and stir in 18g of cereal (3 to 4 tablespoons). Let it cool to 37°C / 98.6°F before serving. Our porridge is perfect for infants aged 0-6 months and is an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals for their growth and development.

For older infants aged 4 months and above, we offer several alternatives that are just as nutritious and delicious. Using regular cow milk or breast milk, simply stir in 25g of porridge (5 tablespoons) and allow it to cool to 37°C / 98.6°F before serving. We also offer dairy-free porridge options that include edible oils, such as canola, sunflower, hemp, or olive oil, and our proprietary blend called "Bio Baby-Beikost-Öl" for added nutrition.

For those with dairy allergies, our dairy-free porridge with fruit or vegetable purée is an excellent option. Simply mix 20g of cereal (4 tablespoons) with 100g of fruit purée from a jar or freshly prepared fruit purée, add 1 teaspoon of edible oil or our proprietary blend, and 90ml of water to achieve the desired consistency. Alternatively, use 160g of warm vegetable-based baby food from a jar and 2 teaspoons of the edible oil of your choice for added variety.

As your little one grows older, we recommend using our Follow-on Infant Milk Formula (Stage 2 and 3) in conjunction with our porridge. Simply add 5 scoops of formula powder to 150ml of boiled water and stir in 18g of porridge (3 to 4 tablespoons) before serving.

SUGGESTIONS

When using cow’s milk, to improve iron absorption we recommend adding 2 tablespoons of Vitamin C rich fruit juice.
Because the dairy-free recipes provide nearly no fats, we recommend adding 1-2 teaspoons of edible oils, such as canola, sunflower, hemp, or olive oil, or Holle’s own proprietary blend called “Bio Baby-Beikost-Öl.”
