Instructions

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Option 1: With First Infant Formula (PRE or Stage 1)
Prepare 170ml formula according to instructions. Pour into a bowl and stir in 18g porridge (3–4 tbsp). Let cool to 37°C / 98.6°F before feeding.

Option 2: With Cow’s Milk or Breast Milk
Mix 25g porridge (5 tbsp) with warm milk. Let cool to 37°C / 98.6°F before serving. (Do not heat breast milk above 40°C / 104°F.)

Option 3: Dairy-Free
Stir 25g porridge (5 tbsp) into 200ml warm water. Add 1 tsp edible oil (canola, sunflower, hemp, or olive oil). Mix well and cool before serving.

Option 4: Dairy-Free + Fruit/Vegetable Purée
Mix 20g porridge (4 tbsp) with 100g fruit/vegetable purée. Add 1 tsp oil and about 90ml warm water to reach desired consistency. (Alternative: use 160g warm veggie baby food + 2 tsp oil.)

Option 5: For Older Babies (6+ Months) with Follow-on Formula
Boil 150ml water, cool to about 50°C / 122°F. Add 5 scoops follow-on formula, then stir in 18g porridge (3–4 tbsp).
