With infant formula

Prepare approx. 100ml of infant formula.
Pour into a bowl and add 22g cereal flakes (5–6 tbsp).
Add approx. 100ml water (warmed to about 50°C) until the desired consistency is reached.
Stir well, let the porridge swell briefly, and check that it's at the right serving temperature (37°C).

Half-milk porridge (after 6 months)

Warm 100ml whole milk and 100ml water to about 50°C.
Add 22g cereal flakes (5–6 tbsp) and stir well.

Alternatively, prepare with approx. 130ml breast milk, 200ml whole milk, or 200ml water instead of the milk-and-water mix above.
