Instructions

Preparation Guidelines:

Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 120°F (50°C).
Pour 2/3 of the required water into a clean, sterilized bottle.
Add 1 level scoop of formula per 1 oz (30 ml) of water.
Close the bottle and shake thoroughly.
Add the remaining water and shake again.
Cool to feeding temperature (approximately 98°F / 37°C) and test before feeding.

Important Notes:

Use opened formula within 2–3 weeks.
Prepared formula should be consumed within one hour.
Do not microwave formula or bottles.
