Preparation Guidelines:
- Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 120°F (50°C).
- Pour 2/3 of the required water into a clean, sterilized bottle.
- Add 1 level scoop of formula per 1 oz (30 ml) of water.
- Close the bottle and shake thoroughly.
- Add the remaining water and shake again.
- Cool to feeding temperature (approximately 98°F / 37°C) and test before feeding.
Important Notes:
- Use opened formula within 2–3 weeks.
- Prepared formula should be consumed within one hour.
- Do not microwave formula or bottles.
