Instructions

It is important to follow preparation instructions carefully for your baby’s safety.

Boil fresh water for each meal and allow it to cool to approximately 50°C (122°F).
Add the recommended amount of cereal flakes into a bowl.
Measure the correct amount of boiled water and add it to the cereal.
Stir well and allow to swell until the desired consistency is achieved.
Always check temperature before feeding. Do not microwave (risk of scalding).

Suggested Portions:

From 6 months: 45g cereal + 140ml water = approx. 185g prepared
From 8 months: 50g cereal + 155ml water = approx. 205g prepared
Smaller portion: 40g cereal + 130ml water = approx. 170g prepared
