- Boil fresh water for each meal and allow it to cool to approximately 50°C (122°F).
- Add the recommended amount of cereal flakes into a bowl.
- Measure the correct amount of boiled water and add it to the cereal.
- Stir well and allow to swell until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Always check temperature before feeding. Do not microwave (risk of scalding).
Suggested Portions:
- From 6 months: 45g cereal + 140ml water = approx. 185g prepared
- From 8 months: 50g cereal + 155ml water = approx. 205g prepared
