How to Prepare

Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to approximately 50°C (122°F).
Measure the required amount of cereal powder into a bowl.
Add warm water and stir well.
Allow the cereal to thicken and cool to a safe feeding temperature before serving.

From 6 months: 45 g cereal + 140 ml water = approx. 185 g prepared cereal
From 8 months: 50 g cereal + 155 ml water = approx. 205 g prepared cereal
Smaller portions: 40 g cereal + 130 ml water = approx. 170 g prepared cereal

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal tightly after opening and use within the period stated on the packaging.
