If your baby is 6 months or older, a cereal labeled “from 4 months” is also within the indicated age range. As always, please follow your pediatrician’s guidance when introducing solid foods.
Organic buckwheat flour (34%), organic whey product, organic skimmed milk powder (13%), organic vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, coconut oil), organic galactooligosaccharides (GOS) from lactose, added vitamins and minerals.
Allergen Information: Contains milk and whey (milk proteins). May contain traces of gluten depending on manufacturing environment.
Preparation
- Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 50°C (122°F).
- Measure the required amount of cereal powder into a clean bowl.
- Add warm water and stir thoroughly.
- Allow to thicken and cool to serving temperature before feeding.

- Always prepare fresh for each meal.
- Do not microwave.
- Check temperature before feeding.
- From 6 months: 45g cereal + 140ml water = approx. 185g prepared cereal
- From 8 months: 50g cereal + 155ml water = approx. 205g prepared cereal
- Smaller portions: 40g cereal + 130ml water = approx. 170g prepared cereal
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal tightly after opening and use within the time period stated on the packaging.
