Attach the silicone breast pump to your breast using natural suction and allow it to express milk gently. Use the Ladybug Milk Collector inside your bra to collect let-down during feeding or pumping. Wash before and after each use. To sterilize, use a steam sterilizer or boil in water for 2–3 minutes. Do not use bleach-based cleaners, sterilizing tablets, or UV sterilizers, as these may reduce the lifespan of the silicone.
