Always prepare fresh for each meal and spoon-feed only. Do not microwave prepared cereal.
- Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 50°C (122°F).
- Place the recommended amount of cereal powder into a clean bowl.
- Add the measured warm water and stir thoroughly until smooth.
- Allow it to thicken to the desired consistency.
- Check temperature before feeding (approx. 37°C / 98.6°F).
You may prepare with water, or mix with breast milk or formula if preferred. Mashed fruit or vegetable purée can be added for variety.
