Preparation:
- Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool slightly.
- Pour approximately 200ml (6.8 fl oz) of hot water over one tea bag.
- Steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove tea bag and allow tea to cool to body temperature (about 37°C / 98.6°F) before serving.
