Disappointed with My First Order

Review Content:
I placed my first order for about $178, purchasing HiPP cereals and baby food for my son, Leon. Unfortunately, I was disappointed.

First, my promised 10% discount for the first order was not applied, even though it was advertised.

Second, after introducing the cereals to my baby, he developed severe constipation. He didn’t have a bowel movement for several days, had stomach pain, and was clearly very uncomfortable. Of course, I understand that every baby is different, and this may not happen to everyone, but this was our experience.

Now I have several unopened boxes of cereal that I can’t use. I would have liked to return them, but as I understand it, returns are not accepted.

Considering how much I spent, I am very disappointed and upset with this experience. I hope the company will consider improving both its first-order discount process and its customer service regarding returns.
