Shipping & Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Carriers: USPS and UPS
- Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days (varies by location)
- Free Shipping: Orders over $99 (when applicable)
- Orders under $50: Standard carrier rates apply
International Shipping (Including Canada)
- Carriers: UPS or FedEx
- Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days (subject to customs processing)
- Customs & Duties: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees
Order Processing & Cutoff Times
Orders placed before the daily cutoff time typically ship the same business day after payment confirmation and order verification. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.
- Eastern Time: 8:30 AM (Monday–Saturday)
- Pacific Time: 6:30 AM (Monday–Saturday)
Signature Confirmation
Unless otherwise specified, signature confirmation is not required. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is secure.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, a carrier claim must be filed in order to evaluate the issue. To initiate a claim, the following documentation is required:
- Clear photo of the outer shipping box
- Clear photo of the shipping label attached to the box
- Clear photos of the inside of the box, including packing materials
- Clear photos of the damaged product(s)

Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please email your order number and a clear photo of the product received to hello@euromallusa.com. Our team will review and provide next steps.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of baby formula and baby food products, including safety, hygiene, and quality control standards, returns are not accepted in most cases.
In limited situations, a return may be approved as a one-time exception. If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only, minus the return label cost and a 10% restocking fee.
Canadian Orders – Customs Notice
- All customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer
- These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping fees
- Please verify import policies with your local customs authority before ordering
