Preparation
- Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to approximately 50°C (122°F).
- Add the required amount of powder to a clean bowl.
- Measure the appropriate amount of water and add to the powder.
- Stir well and allow to swell until desired consistency is reached.
- Always check temperature before feeding.
Serving Guide
- From 6 months: 45g (4 tbsp) + 140ml water = 185g
- From 8 months: 50g (4–5 tbsp) + 155ml water = 205g
- Smaller portion: 40g (3–4 tbsp) + 130ml water = 170g
