iShipping cutoff & expiration dates▾

Shipping cutoff: orders placed Monday–Saturday typically ship by 6:30 PM PT. Weekend carrier pickups resume Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). Delivery windows for each pack are shown above under Select Package.

Expiration dates: European date format is DD/MM/YYYY. We regularly update expiration dates based on our most recently received stock, so the date you receive may differ slightly from the one listed. If you need a specific expiration date, contact us before placing your order. Products without a listed expiration date still have sufficient shelf life remaining.

Two cups in one for babies starting solids. With the lid on, the soft valve-free silicone straw teaches real straw drinking – your baby draws the liquid up themselves. With the lid off, it is an open cup for supervised practice.

The weighted, tapered base resists tipping while staying light enough for small hands to lift, and the translucent body lets you see how much has gone down.

Why parents choose it

  • Straw cup with the lid on, open cup with the lid off
  • Tapered, weighted base resists tipping
  • Soft silicone straw with no valve, gentle on new teeth
  • Translucent body shows how much your baby drank
  • 5 oz (150 ml) – the 9oz cup is the next size up
  • Available in Mint, Coral, Lemon, Kiwi and Lilac

Frequently asked questions

Is this cup spill proof?

No. It is spill-resistant with the lid on, but the straw has no valve, so it will leak if tipped or shaken. With the lid off it is an open cup by design.

Why doesn't the straw have a valve?

Without a valve your baby has to draw the liquid up themselves, which is the straw-drinking skill they are learning.

Can I buy a replacement straw and lid?

Yes. Olababy sells the lid and straw together as a replacement set.

When should we move up to the 9oz cup?

From 12 months, once your child regularly finishes the 5oz cup in one sitting.
