Step-by-Step Guide to Safe Formula Preparation

1️⃣ Wash & Sterilize 🧼

• Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the formula.

• Clean and sterilize the bottle, nipples, rings, caps, and all feeding utensils by boiling them for 2 minutes. Let them cool to room temperature before use.

2️⃣ Boil & Cool Water 💧

• Boil fresh water for 2 minutes and allow it to cool to room temperature before mixing.

• Pour the required amount of cooled water into a sterilized bottle.

3️⃣ Prepare the Formula 🍼

• Use the Mixing Guide:
  📌 1 level scoop ≈ 4.3g of powder
  📌 Add 1 level scoop of powder per 30ml of water

• Cap the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved.

4️⃣ Check the Temperature 🌡️

• Place a drop of formula on the inside of your wrist.

• If you do not feel a temperature difference, the formula is ready to feed.

5️⃣ Feed or Store Safely 🍽️

• Feed immediately after preparation.

• If not feeding immediately, store the prepared formula in the refrigerator and use it within 24 hours.

• Discard any formula left in the bottle more than an hour after feeding begins.
