A nipple shield is a thin silicone cover worn over the nipple during breastfeeding. Parents commonly reach for one in the early weeks when latching is tricky, when nipples are flat or inverted, or when a little extra barrier makes feeds more comfortable. Le Lolo designed theirs to look and feel less like a medical device: the colored silicone is soft and flexible, and the cut-out at the top leaves more of the breast exposed so baby still gets skin contact.
Each shield is made from 100% food-grade silicone and is BPA-free and dishwasher-safe per Le Lolo. The included nipple shield sticker uses a washable, reusable adhesive and has a universal fit, so it also works with other shields you may already own.
