Preparation Instructions

1. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to about 120°F (50°C).
2. Pour about half of the required water into a sterilized bottle.
3. Add the correct number of level scoops of powder using the scoop provided (1 scoop per 1 oz / 30 ml water).
4. Close the bottle and shake thoroughly.
5. Add the remaining water and shake again.
6. Cool to drinking temperature (approximately 98°F / 37°C) and always test before feeding.

Important Notes

• Use opened formula within 2–3 weeks.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity.
• Prepared formula should be used within 1 hour.
• Do not microwave prepared formula.
