How to Prepare:
Option 1: With Infant Formula (From 4 Months+)
1️⃣ Prepare 170ml of infant formula as per instructions.
2️⃣ Stir in 18g of cereal (3-4 tablespoons).
3️⃣ Let it cool to 37°C (98.6°F) before serving.
Option 2: With Regular Cow’s Milk (From 4 Months+)
1️⃣ Boil 100ml of whole milk + 100ml of water, cool to 50°C (122°F).
2️⃣ Stir in 25g of porridge (5 tablespoons).
3️⃣ Let it cool to 37°C (98.6°F) before feeding.
Option 3: Dairy-Free Porridge
1️⃣ Boil 200ml of water, cool to 50°C (122°F).
2️⃣ Stir in 25g of porridge (5 tablespoons).
3️⃣ Add 1 teaspoon of edible oil (canola, sunflower, or Holle Bio Baby-Beikost-Öl).
Option 4: Dairy-Free Porridge with Fruit or Vegetables
1️⃣ Mix 20g of cereal (4 tablespoons) with 100g of fruit purée.
2️⃣ Add 1 teaspoon of edible oil.
3️⃣ Add 90ml of warm water, stir to desired consistency.
