Organic skimmed A2 milk, organic whey powder, organic vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, sunflower), maltodextrin, starch, fish oil (DHA), M. alpina oil (ARA), vitamins and minerals.

- Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to about 50°C (122°F)
- Pour half of the water into a sterilized bottle
- Add the correct number of scoops (1 scoop per 1 oz / 30ml)
- Shake well, then add remaining water and shake again
