- Sterilize the pump before first use using boiling water or a steam sterilizer.
- Place the top of the pump over your nipple, ensuring your nipple sits comfortably in the neck.
- Apply suction by squeezing the base of the pump and releasing once positioned.
- Adjust as needed until the pump feels secure and comfortable.
- Once milk begins to flow, leave the pump in place to express naturally.
- When full, remove and empty milk into a suitable storage container, then reposition if needed.
Tip: Placing a warm flannel over your breast and gently massaging can help encourage milk flow.
Clean after each use. The pump can be sterilized using any steam sterilizing system or by boiling in water. Dishwasher safe. Do not use bleach-based detergents or cleaners.
