How to Prepare Your Baby’s Formula Safely:

Boil Water: Begin by boiling fresh water. After boiling, let the water cool down to 120°F (50°C).

Prepare the Bottle: Pour two-thirds of the boiled water into a clean and sterilized bottle.

Add Formula: Use the scoop provided with your formula, as scoop sizes can vary by brand. Add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder to the bottle, using the ratio of one leveled scoop per 1 oz (30ml) of water.

Mix Thoroughly: Secure the nipple and cap on the bottle and shake vigorously to ensure the powder is completely dissolved.

Add Remaining Water: Pour the remaining one-third of the water into the bottle and shake vigorously again to mix thoroughly.

Cool to Drinking Temperature: Cool the formula to a safe drinking temperature, around 98°F (37°C). ALWAYS test the milk’s temperature on your wrist before feeding to ensure it is not too hot and to avoid burning your baby.
Important Note: While some users report using distilled water without boiling it with no negative outcomes, following US FDA guidelines, we recommend boiling all water used in formula preparation to ensure safety and purity.

Please Note:
- Once the inner foil bag containing your formula has been opened, use it within 2-3 weeks. Do not store in areas with high humidity or heat.
- Please consume the formula within one hour of its preparation. Any unused prepare formula should be discarded within one hour.
