Preparation Instructions:
- Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 104–122°F (40–50°C).
- Pour the required amount of water into a clean, sterilized bottle.
- Add the correct number of leveled scoops using the included scoop (commonly 1 leveled scoop per 1 oz / 30 ml of water; always follow your product label).
- Close the bottle and shake well until fully mixed.
- Cool to feeding temperature (approximately 98°F / 37°C) and always test temperature before feeding.
Important Notes:
- Use opened formula within 2–3 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity.
- Prepared formula should be consumed within one hour. Discard any unused prepared formula after one hour.
- Do not microwave bottles or formula.
