Preparation for powdered formulas (aligned with common US FDA hygiene guidance):
- Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to approximately 120°F (50°C).
- Pour 1/2 of the required water into a clean, sterilized bottle.
- Add the correct number of level scoops (1 level scoop per 1 oz / 30ml of water).
- Close the bottle and shake thoroughly to mix.
- Add the remaining 1/2 water and shake again.
- Cool to drinking temperature (~98°F / 37°C) and always test before feeding.
NOTE: Although many users report no issues using distilled water without boiling, we recommend boiling water first for best hygiene practices.
