- Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to approximately 50°C (122°F).
- Measure the required amount of cereal powder into a bowl.
- Add warm water and stir well.
- Allow the cereal to thicken and cool to a safe feeding temperature before serving.
Always prepare fresh for each meal. Do not microwave.
- From 6 months: 45 g cereal + 140 ml water = approx. 185 g
- From 8 months: 50 g cereal + 155 ml water = approx. 205 g
- Smaller portions: 40 g cereal + 130 ml water = approx. 170 g
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal tightly after opening and use within the period stated on the packaging.
