Using Infant Formula:
- Prepare 170ml of infant formula.
- Add 3–4 tablespoons (18g) of cereal.
- Stir and allow to cool to feeding temperature (37°C).
Using Cow’s Milk (4+ months):
- Boil 100ml milk + 100ml water.
- Cool to 50°C.
- Add 5 tablespoons (25g) cereal.
- Cool to 37°C before serving.
Always prepare fresh for each meal and supervise baby while feeding.
