Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it provided it:

- Has not been dented or scratched or opened or used ;
- It is still in its package;
- It was purchased directly from Euromallusa website;
- Is returned within 2 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Processing times for Returns
Returns are processed within a week and up to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the returned product. We will refund your money through the same payment method you used except you specify a particular preference.
