Prep: turn inside out and wash at least three times before first use; wash the insert separately at least three times too. Absorbency keeps rising for up to 8 washes. Dry warm at least once before first wear. Care: remove solids, turn inside out, rinse in warm water, wash hot with the detergent amount for a heavily soiled load, dry warm. No bleach or fabric softener.

No. Smart Bottoms sizing is its own scale – check the size chart in the description before ordering rather than matching a disposable size.

Is this a training pant or a diaper?
